What we collect

Assessment answers are stored anonymously (not tied to your identity). Only if you request the full report do we store the contact details you give us: name, email, company, role and company size, and optionally sector, website, country and why you took the assessment.

Legal basis and purpose

We process your contact details with your consent, given via the form checkboxes, for two separate purposes: (1) to send you the report you requested, and (2) — only if you opt in separately — to send occasional tips and updates about AI for business. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.

Processors

Data is stored on our own server. Emails are sent through Amazon Web Services (AWS SES), acting as a data processor. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

We keep your contact details for as long as the relationship is relevant and at most 18 months of inactivity, after which they are deleted. Your anonymous assessment may be kept in aggregate for statistics.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection at any time. The fastest way to delete your data is the "Delete my data" link in the footer of every email, or by writing to hello@eriktaveras.com.
